Exploring countries not well known to discover gems not yet found (ex: Latvia, Kyrgyzstan, Tuvalu, etc.)
At what point did you know you wanted to be a teacher?
There wasn't a certain point when I knew I wanted to be a teacher; however, my passion for music performance has opened doors to music education. Therefore, both are now equally important to me.
What is the most inspiring part of your job?
Being a positive influence to someone and making an impact in their lives through the gift of music.
What is your classroom like?
Eager to achieve success.
If you could pass any wisdom along to your students, what would you share?
Sometimes, simply looking to your left or to your right, looking up or behind, can help you find the answers you are searching for. It is good to always aim forward, but there will always be something useful in your surroundings as well.
The best piece of advice you've ever received:
Do not postpone what you need to do today to tomorrow; however, there is no need to pull ahead what can be done tomorrow today. Do not procrastinate but learn when to be patient as well. There is a right time for everything.
